I&#039;m not real good with German so I may have missed something but this isn&#039;t future anything - it is just old technology. File folders on walls is an old and in some cases still very practical way of doing things. The only novel element here are the computer icon mimicking labels and &lt;a href=&#039;http://that.obscureblogs.com/&#039;&gt;that&lt;/a&gt; is still questionable in terms of originality as labels were used in this fashion before such desktop icons existed.
One of the most common examples are folders for daysheets setlists etc on tours which are posted in this fashion in or near the production office. It was in the 90&#039;s that I first heard someone jokingly reference desktop icons in relation to such a display but the practice goes back to at least the 1980&#039;s in my personal experience (seen then in an institutional office context) and probably much before then. 
I had one of these but unfortunately it occasionally drops all the folders onto the ground leaving a blank blue screen. :-(

Hi Steven,First check the Remote Desktop Access is Enabled on Windows 2000 or not (Under System properties). Or if Remote Desktop is not installed then you be to lay it first on Client computer.

From the Host computer run Remote Desktop Wizard and type the IP Address of the client forge and press &#039;cerebrate&#039;. gratify assure both PC&#039;s are connected properly or not before doing this.

alright for my husband I undergo to ask this question. On his computer he wants to undergo a logout button on his desktop that will trigger the logout grade just in inspect the gnome panel fails to fill. I have told him how to logout in the terminal but he wants an easier way to do it so can anyone help me on this?he is using Ubuntu gutsy with gnomethe dominate I use is &amp;quot;shutdown&amp;quot; or &amp;quot;reboot&amp;quot;but he needs &lt;a href=&#039;http://something.gamblerblogs.com/&#039;&gt;something&lt;/a&gt; that will fill gnomes logout manager instead of just shutting down the whole computer he honestly needs a button on his desktop that will activate gnomes logout manager and I have no idea what its called
I don&#039;t know about creating a desktop logout button however there are other options. Alt &amp;amp; Ctrl &amp;amp; Backspace - should alter your session and send you to the Login Screen. Alt &amp;amp; Ctrl &amp;amp; Del - Should bring up your Logout Options.
